All this advocacy takes sustenance and many helping hands. When you make some time for self-care by enjoying the fun activities at the Angola Art Festival, be sure to stop by CCC’s booth to get some nourishment and hydration as well as to learn more about CCC and how you can help with bringing more social justice and environmental sustainability awareness and events to the local community.
While at the Angola Art Festival, be sure to check out the Golden Green Soap Company, who is donating 10% of their sales to CCC until August 12. It will be a great opportunity to buy some of their luxurious handmade bath and body products to nurture your body and soul. Angola Art Festival also will be featuring some ways to promote environmental sustainability: Charrette will provide an opportunity to give your input on how to use a small green space and the Rain Garden Tour, led by Crystal Van Pelt of the Steuben County Purdue Extension, will provide an opportunity to learn more about how rain garden help our natural resources.
